CCL Industries Inc., the world’s largest label manufacturer, has confirmed it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Treofan America Inc. and Trespaphan Mexico Holdings GmbH (collectively “Treofan Americas”). Treofan Americas operations in Mexico and the United States will immediately transition to trade under the Innovia Films name. CCL Industries Inc. employs approximately 20,000 people operating 168 production facilities in 40 countries with corporate offices in Toronto, Canada, and Framingham, Massachusetts.
